Team Coaching forms the basis of your Team Day. We include 1:1 coaching & psychometric assessments prior to the day itself. Our accredited coach then facilitates on the day sessions including team labs & psychometrics. We will help you build trust, learn to embrace healthy conflict, recognise areas for improvement and align on shared goals & values. The strengths-based assessments will also provide analysis of team dynamics, identify collective strengths & gaps and provide data-driven insights.
Our Team Building Exercises reinforce the learnings of the day and include group problem solving tasks and power hour challenges. They help reveal crucial insights about how your team operates, communicates and solves problems together.
Facilitated by professional entertainers, our Immersive Workshops allow exclusive access to see theatrical artists at work, followed by interactive experiences, where your teams will learn their methods and can get involved.
